Countdown
For the past 2 years, I’ve been a pretty regular gym-goer. As of this post, I weigh 165 lbs. I eat about 2400 calories per day, 90% of it protein. This is too much protein and is doing my workouts no good. I also don’t ingest enough carbs or fats (good or bad). My goal by June 2010 is to gain 10-15lbs of muscle.
